“I came across this podcast when I was searching for workout ideas for and info on the Assault Bike, and found that and much more. After trying out several Assault Bike workouts, I did the power vs endurance test that is outlined on an Assault Bike content page (which has tons of great info), and submitted my numbers via a Google Forms page. Ben got back to me shortly thereafter with my results and a link to sample workouts that I would likely respond well to, which was very helpful. I’ve listened to a number of episodes about e.g. rowing, testing maxes on lifts, and developing muscle-ups, all of which are informative. Definitely recommend this if you are into CrossFit-style training!”
