Excellent podcast with a solid science base. You won't find pseudoscience or bro-science advice here! Love the host and only wish there was more host/less guest. The guests are good as well but that can be inconsistent and Scott is always a pleasure to listen to. Perhaps a long "this week in fitness" news segment or something similar?
