Diverse Subjects, Skip the Vocal Fry
Interesting variety of subjects. I enjoyed the topics on chefs, blue fin tuna. The interview questions are great open-ended ones. I had to skip some of the 2018 episodes because host, a British woman, tends to have this intolerable dragging vocal fry.

Sheila Dillon is at the helm. Sadly Dan doesn’t cut it for me. No bite and rather bland. I do hope he’s not limbering up to take over. Also the latest episode about Avocados -if I hear the presenter say ‘WOW’ one more time…

While the topics are interesting the production quality of these podcasts are atrocious - the producer should be sacked for releasing something of such dire sound quality.
