Episode 130 PTSD and C-PTSD
Hi Duff, I'm a retired clinical social worker living in Costa Rica. Turns out, I have C-PTSD so I lisstened intently to your episode on this topic. I love your pace, your voice and your endevorse to put good information out there for people to consume. I recently began my own podcast because I really needed to get focused on something other than self-obsessing. It's called, Out of My Mind in Costa Rica - Living with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress. Its a solo format where I peel my own onion and add my clinical insights. It's kind of like finding your therapist's diary. I would love your feedback on the general direction, tone and therapeutic value it has. Not that I need your approval, (hahaha), but as a measuring stick for how I am doing, technically with the podcast. I like what you are doing and I love that you have this delicious NPR Radio voice. Thanks for being there. Ray Erickson Out of My Mind in Costa RicaRead full review »

I’ve enjoyed his approach mostly, he isn’t too wordy or lofty and you can tell her truly wants to connect to his audience compassionately. I notice he tries to be inclusive, however I find he misses the mark there by swearing and encouraging occult meditations (Harry Potter patronus). As a...Read full review »
