This podcast is giving me and my trainer a lot to think about with respect to my sport horse; particularly the discussion about the nuchal ligament and the impact neck troubles can have on the rest of the body. I feel this may be a missing piece of our puzzle! My vet is now listening :)

I am so happy to have stumbled upon this podcast! I was in tears listening to the first episode. I have fought tooth and nail for my horse’s health the past 8 years. He’s never been normal since the age of 5. Finally diagnosed this year, PPID/IR, with help of wonderful vet who listened to my...Read full review »

The detail shared here is incredible, this podcast is worth its weight in gold. Each episode is jam packed with so much information I have to listen to some multiple times to get everything. The biggest most important thing to me is the validation that our horses don’t lie. That we must advocate...Read full review »

At first I thought it would be hard to understand such thorough information through a podcast, but if you know a little horse anatomy you can actually learn so much. I am really grateful I gave it a shot and that this information is available. Thank you!

Thank you so so much for putting this out there. There is absolutely nothing written on the thoracic girdle and the Impact of tack to the extent that it’s a problem. So much of what is done with horses is based in tradition. Then the horse develops pain and becomes unable to work and it could have been prevented. Thank you, Dr. DeClue, for the huge amount of information you share that is actually scientifically based and studied and accessible to a layperson.

I’ve learned so much from this podcast!! It’s planted many seed for growth and taken quiet a few second takes, but I’m so glad Audrey put her time into creating this invaluable resource for horse lovers

I discovered Dr Audrey DeClue in my research on shivers (following a diagnosis), but she has so much more to offer! Her common sense, no nonsense approach is both refreshing and educational. Do your horse a favor and go back to episode 1 - listen to them all!

This is the podcast every horse owner, Bodyworker and vet needs to listen to! A vet who truly listens to what horses are telling us and looks into the body, not just the legs to diagnose and treat horses.

My vet turned me on to this podcast. It is amazing! My only issue is that I end up with so many questions! Regardless I look at my horses a different way after every podcast that pertains to them. Thank you for educating me to be better for my horses.

I couldn’t even get through the first episode. She just drones on and has all these inaccurate statements like “all horses love being groomed”. I also dislike the anti-intellectual attitude. There’s a reason for using scientific/medical terms instead of nonspecific lay terms.
