I got into this via my partner’s passion for Hope of the States then trips to Pidgin, Magpie and S+D. Two years later, I now know an enjoyable amount about the London/UK food scene, the inner machinations of the restaurant industry, and being a cool dad. I have also now been to St. John. I’m not a podcast head, but I will worship at the feet of this podcast, which feels like an eavesdrop between interesting, firm friends who have made a living out of following their stomachs. Tim Hayward is a hero, and he features often. and the chat is a good blend of funny and real. I’m only really writing this in the the hope the TickyOff Boiz read it.
