Really enjoy the informative and practical info they share on this show to help become a better cyclist. The science is interesting but they don’t go so deep that you need a biology degree to understand. It’s a great balance. Great show!

Relevant podcast for anyone into endurance sports like cycling, running, end else. Superb addition to the Wahoo Systm. Suggestion for a future episode: DOMS. What to do when we overcook our training ( cycling or strength or…) . Should we ease or cut back training until the DOMS is going away? Etc…
