Appreciate this podcast!
I’ve just discovered Brenda’s podcast in the last week or so and have been listening from the beginning... gaining lots of inspiration and information. I am 55 and have about 40 lbs to lose. Hypothyroidism since I was 21 and now going through menopause ...are just a couple challenges but I’m learning not to use those as an excuse. Slowly developing a routine with the eating guidelines and cutting out the sugar, flour and dairy. I had cut out processed foods long ago. I am Excited to keep listening and learning ...thanks for the content!

The host Brenda has an expressive knowledge in nutrition and she is a brilliant coach. She teaches strategies to lose those stubborn 10 pounds combining nutrition and coaching. If you feel stuck this is the podcast you will benefit from! I love this podcast! @fitandgeekbraziliangirl

I have tried diet after diet, worked with a coach and yet still hold on to those last 10 pounds of mama belly. I feel like this is the last component I needed. I know how to eat right.
