Excellentway to learn meditation
I use th first podcast, A Basic Meditation, several times a week. It helps me focus when I'm having trouble meditating on my own. I have also referred it to several freiends who didn't think they were capable of sitting and meditating for 20 minutes and it's worked for all of them. Great podcast!Read full review »

I found these podcasts about 2 weeks ago, and I use them every day. I have meditated for over 10 years, and used biofeedback before then. These podcasts are definitely helpful for relaxation and focus.

The first few of these can really help start the day with an element of serenity before the world starts! The sleep ones can help and assist with switching the mind off before sleep.
