Down to Earth feels safe,
I would suggest an interview with David Lynch about his book "Catching the Big Fish" He is so down to earth that his voice disarms people like me who have an overly protective nature towards what enters my mind due to the programming and fear caused by religion. Meditation needs to be taught more as "mind fitness" in my opinion so people can approach it without getting it entangled with religious thoughts or feelings that the 'touchy feely' can often bring. That can be distracting from the simple process of meditation as a way to become aware. Once people like me "get" the process and finally sit down, then the change and the civility of awareness become more attainable. You have helped me get there in such a nice way. Thanks for what you do. It means more than you can know.Read full review »
