I’ve just heard the podcast ‘5 strategies to energize’ and I think the 6th tip to that podcast is ‘Listening to the mindful kind podcast’ it’s just so soothing and calm. I live my day a little more mindfully after listening to this podcast. It’s like a reminder, to pause from our busy lives and just observe. I fall in love, a little more everyday, with this podcast. ~Love from India.✨ I really wish you’d continue this podcast🥰

This is by far the best mindfulness podcast ever, Rachael is so lovely and genuine and gives helpful and practical advice on how to encourage being more mindful in our everyday lives. Thank you Rachael, please never stop doing what you are as it is honestly so helpful.
