New Mindful Kind episode day!” I love this podcast, I’ve listened to most of the episodes more than once - I find it particularly helpful when I’m wrapped up in stress and frustration because Rachael’s calm and friendly voice reminds me of easy ways that I can bring myself back into the moment and let go of negativity and unhelpful critical thoughts. My job is not only busy but also extremely emotionally and mentally demanding, and I’ve found that practicing mindfulness and using some of the techniques that Rachael has taught me has helped me to focus, and to let go of ‘work’ when I get home at the end of the day.”
