Love this podcast!
I am a new listener and have a few to go in listening to them all! But I love this podcast already. My goal is to be mindful as a lifestyle. Working in an Emergency department which sometimes can be stressful, your techniques of mindfulness and meditations have helped me so much in dealing with stressful workload. I'm learning so much from you. I am currently listening to your mini series about setting up goals and also journaling tips; which I've recently started up a journal, and thanks to you, I've dealt with my thoughts and feelings better that I ever have before, and becoming more mindful in my life.
