I had been doing a mindfulness course online & decided to search for a mindfulness podcast & found yours & I’m so glad I did - I have been listening for about 6 months now & I enjoy it so much! Your openness in sharing personal experiences has really helped me relate & apply your advice & tips in my own life. Since listening to your show, I have discovered I also am an introvert & I always thought it was a flaw but now I know this is not the case! Your podcast is an absolute goldmine for me & even though I am fairly new to practicing mindfulness it has helped me in so many ways - thanks again Rachael 😊

I cannot recommend this podcast enough. Not only has Rachael helped me with her calming, soothing voice and practical advice, my young son who also suffers anxiety has been helped as well.
