Excellent Podcast
I stumbled across this podcast a few months ago and I’ve been hooked ever since! I have never left a review for anything before, but I enjoy this so much that I hope other people take the time to listen. I didn’t know much about mindfulness until listening to this and I really believe its improving my wellbeing. I love the way Rachael explains mindfulness as she makes it easy to apply and she uses personal experiences to explain it further. Thanks so much Rachael! x
