One episode and you’re hooked.
This is the first podcast I have ever listened to and haven’t looked back. Rachael not only gets to the point but gives you mindful activities to try on your own. Her voice is so soothing and engaging which helps you to focus on what she is saying. During lockdown this podcast has helped me get through the tough times when I feel myself caving in. They go for a prefect amount of time so if you don’t have enough time during the day you can squeeze an episode in before bed! Rachael also covers a large variety of ideas and issues you might have where mindfulness can help. 100% worth a listen.
