“Making small incremental changes to my daily habits is proving to be monumental and finding Aisha’s Mindset mile is just one such change.
I have tried all kinds of motivators to get me out the door but unless I have had a friend to keep me accountable it just hasn’t worked.
We recently moved and I find myself living 1.5kms from the ocean. Each morning, even though it is the middle of winter here I get up and with my friend in my ear I walk/run down to the waters edge to watch the sunrise. At day #23 it feels like slow progress but my goal is not time, my goal is just to get up and out everyday and I haven’t missed a beat.
