My favorite way to start the day
I just recently joined a weight loss program, and have incorporated walking as part of my daily routine. I lost my mom the last day of February, and it has rocked my entire world. I searched for podcasts that would help my mental state and help me become healthier and stumbled upon this one. And it is my FAVORITE. I listen every morning. Your insight and encouragement is just what I needed. I hope you keep them coming because you are such a wealth of knowledge. And you are giving me hope in what is some of the darkest days I’ve ever encountered. Thank you! God bless!
