Richard never disappoints in any episode. There is always a great deal of knowledge being shared. I’ve become a better runner because of a lot of this information and look forward to future episodes.

Some good tips. Some of his tips are very difficult to "try at home" - good in theory and not practical. He pushes his paid clinics.Read full review »

I ran over 30,000 miles (more than one lap around the Equator) with no injuries by the time I was 26, so I figured I knew everything about running. Boy was I wrong. Richard has taught me the importance of proper heart rate training, improving your running efficiency, and countless other tips on...Read full review »

Topics are interesting, but you are in dire need of improving the sound quality. At times the guests speaking on the phone/skype sound better than the host recording.

I have tried to listen to this podcast a few times and I just can't get through one. Soooooo much talking, but not really any information coming through. I had to turn off today's episode when he referred to his audience as consumers. Blech.Read full review »

When I started running a few years ago, I thought there would be tons of great running podcasts out there. I was surprised that there were so few that were useful. This is one of the better ones. Mainly because host is very passionate and opinionated.
