If you want to learn something worthwhile in the world of Fitness and Health do yourself a favor and subsrcribe to this podcast immediately. If you already know and follow Coach Dos and Wil this is a no brainer, as they you're already aware of the high quality information they put out. If you are unfamiliar with them I urge you to check them out. A ton of creative, innovative, and most importantly SMART and CORRECT forms of fitness are consitently produced by this guy. Great for people interested in any type of fitness, it has a little bit of everything, and the concepts can be adapted to your personal styles and philosophy. I have yet to find a better way to spend my commute in to work than listening to Will and Dos talk. They set the foundation by covering all the basics and then build through common sense and by being analytical. This podcast is WELL worth your time!
