Been chasing a podcast that encompasses all the nutrition, fitness and self-improvement aspects but with a major focus on rugby, rugby muscle definitely fulfils this wish. Would definitely recommend to any aspiring footy player that wants to improve on their game and just general overall health. Definitely a niche is being filled by this podcast and I’m super glad that I found it cause it’s given me heaps of info on how to improve many aspects of my overall well-being on and off the paddock.
