Helpful and easy to listen podcast that offers useful tips on mental health. Especially like when Jade Wu delivers the podcast, she speaks in a genuine and relaxed way. Perfect for me
I’ve been trying to get into self help stuff to a while but never felt i had the time or focus because of my adhd. This podcast is short and informative so it’s perfect for me to listen to in the morning.
