“I just started listening to this podcast and I’m addicted. The relatability and psychological aspects are key for me to understand nutrition and health. It’s shocking how psychological food is to us. I love how it’s not just like “the only way to lose weight and be fit is meal prep and workout”. It’s not even close to that mindset. It’s all about changing habits ONE by ONE. Literally adding water to your morning routine for 4 weeks. Then start adding ONE more goal. Sooo realistic. Also every episode is geared towards so many different types of people and instances. My favorite one is the one for moms who are burnt out and turn to food without even realizing it! (Me!)”
