Paul Salter gets into the psychological, emotional and physical aspects/challenges of diet maintenance. Honestly, this phase hadn’t even been on my radar as a period to prepare for and manage. It’s game changing to lifestyle post-diet!

I started listening to Screw the Scale podcast about 1/2 way into my first cut on the RP app. Paul’s advice was so valuable and right on target ! I feel like he was speaking to me! Everyone who wants to be successful in weight loss...and keep it off needs to listen! Very motivating!
