Sustainable weight loss and maintenance tips
Paul has a great podcast and shares a ton of tips to help with weight loss and weight maintenance. Too many coaches/diet plans focus only on weight loss and not maintenance. Because of this, most people end up gaining the weight back. This show is definitely worth a listen!

I love how he focuses on keystone habits that lead to long term success. Everything else out there is focused on losing weight. Anyone can lose the weight. Keeping it off is the problem.
