“I learnt about this podcast around 4 months ago, and became instantly addicted with Lauren and Nicole as they don’t tend to have the same opinion so we can relate to at least one of them on their discussions! Tragically I recently lost my best friend unexpectedly at the age of 30 and she was who I spent every day talking to either by message or phone and I saw for dog walks at least once a week or more. Now I no longer have her in my life I’ve cut off from the world, want to always alone and don’t want to speak to anyone. However these 2 women feel like my best friends where I join in with their laughter and can listen to like 3 or more episodes in one go because I love their chats, laughter and honest reviews on different self cares - this also then extends my dog walks which also keeps my dog happy! The self care advice and chats are keeping me sane with trying new things they do and helping me look after myself with self care whilst going through such an awful time! I couldn’t recommend them enough and thank you girls for coming into my life at a time of serious need! - when you won’t even know me, but this podcast has made every day a little easier without them even knowing and just being their true selves on a mic! You are both brilliant, funny and full of great stories! I can listen for hours! ❤️”
