Michael and Lauryn continue to be problematic and I’m choosing to not support them anymore.

I have 100 reasons that I do not listen anymore. I’m no longer listening to a podcast that encourages disordered eating.

The most boring podcast out there. Have no clue how it has 4.5 stars. I suggest listening if you want to be put to sleep.

Lauryn and Michael have done a great show with their show and bringing on diverse guests. You never know what you’re going to get every week. It’s fantastic.

Let me start by saying that Michael is anti-mask and extremely entitled re: Covid precautions, under the guise of being pro-America. I became a fan of Lauryn several years ago. I thought she had a refreshing blog and liked her content. I even bought her book. The brand has not evolved with the...Read full review »

I used to love this podcast and gained so much knowledge. I enjoy the guests and all the views they bring on the show. I had to stop listening because Michael is a shallow know it all that talks over experts in the field and shares his own opinions or what he does...after almost every sentence....Read full review »

I’ve never had an eating disorder but I just listened to the episode with Melissa wood health and I kept thinking to myself this episode needs a trigger warning not just for people living or recovering from an eating disorder but the general public. Sounds like all anyone wants to do in 2020 is tear each other down and frankly, I don’t need any more negativity. These two are the real deal. I don’t know about any of these other reviewers, but I wasn’t listening to this podcast for political commentary, BLM support, or thoughts on the tragic...Read full review »

They do not take accountability for their actions and sensor people who call them out with facts. Lauren has never struggled her entire life and has always had money. She is not for women empowerment and body positivity. Her husband puts people down and is a bully.

Used to be a fan but wow these two have changed FAST and not for the better. I do not understand why they bring experts on the podcast only for Michael to interrupt, speak over them, and insert his own (non-expert) opinion on everything. Lauryn has adopted a similar holier-than-thou attitude and...Read full review »

If you listen to this podcast from the beginning, you hear many people asking for advice about starting a business, managing their time and how to make it all happen when they have their regular job + families + children to look after + life to live. I’ve been listening to the podcast since they started recording in their living room and been following Lauryn since 2010. It’s unfortunate the quality of guests and overall tone has taken such a nose dive lately. Almost everything feels like it’s centered around them, not the audience as they...Read full review »

I’ve never seen a podcast play a victim so much and blame “cancel culture”. This is a term from over-privileged people wanting to deflect from poor choices. Take some accountability and stop blaming other people.

I had previously posted a 5 star review. I was a super TSC fan up until today. I’d followed the blog since 2013, listened to the podcast since day 1, and was a member of her FB group. You guys should really take a step back and reevaluate your message and the words you’re saying. It’s not “woe is me” for cancel culture happening, there’s a reason people are upset with how you’re handling situations lately. Listen to your followers.

#VAIN. One word is that Lauryn is so vain and self centered. Do not waste your time listening to this garbage. She won’t let anyone speak out that could possibly have a different view than hers. Stop calling people loser slobs. You are a horrible person.

This is a podcast made by the white and privileged for the white and privileged, by two people who think they’re much more meaningful and relevant than they’ll ever be. These people are about as relevant as the fat they’ve had sucked out of their love handles

Lauryn has such a large platform yet refuses to actually promote anything authentic or relevant. She has become pretty fake and that can be seen in this podcast. So disappointing as I used to once look up to her. I think she has forgotten where she came from.

I once thought Lauryn and Michael were a good resource for tips on life, business, love, wellness etc. but for the majority of this year I feel I can never relate.
