“I started listening to this podcast from Episode 1 this week & it is already having an impact! I have chosen what I had to eat this week based on what I wanted to get from my foods — and being and avid gym goer, what I wanted most was FUEL! So with that in mind, healthy choices were EASY because I had a goal in mind.
Tonight I planned a “joy food” of some chips & candy, because cutting it out entirely will just make me want it more. I poured a small bowl of chips (instead of a whole bag), and took out the amount of candy I planned to enjoy instead of eating from the package. And you know what?!! I was satisfied after eating the candy & only finishing HALF of the chips. GUYS!! I literally poured half of my planned joy food BACK INTO THE BAG!! 🤯
