“I’m the worst at leaving podcast reviews, but I had to leave a review for this one. The Suga has become my whole jam!!! You know how you sometimes don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone? When the show was on break between the fifth and sixth season I was checking Apple podcasts for an update and clam 👏🏽 or 👏🏽 ing 👏🏽 for my Suga fix!
The show is great because Tika and Thai are so authentic and relatable, and that enables them to have really great, honest conversations that bring the best out of their guests. I always finish each episode feeling validated, inspired, or some combination of the two.
