Variety in conversation
I really enjoy the honest conversations that are being had on this podcast. They are not only super informative but they also give women peace of mind about doing things differently or imperfectly. My one disappointment is that as much as life postpartum is discussed, pelvic floor physical therapy is left out of the conversation. I am a PF Physical Therapist (I have founded AyoMi PT) and one of the most crushing things that I hear too often is “why don’t people talk about this?” Or even “I didn’t know there was help for this!” I wish we could have more well rounded discussions to help women with the various things that they encounter postpartum. But I LOVE what you ladies are doing here!

Listening to these lovely ladies makes me feel like I’m sitting around and chatting with my own friends. I find myself laughing and smiling while listening. Can’t wait for more episodes!
