“Listening to the Constance Marten and Mark Gordon series has given me a new perspective on why trials aren't televised in the UK. The way the prosecutors handle the people on trial is frankly disgusting—it's like a theatre to them. Regardless of fault or preventability, the fact remains: a tiny newborn baby lost her life, and a mother and father lost their daughter. It's a tragic event that deserves respect and compassion for all involved. This experience highlights the outdated and old-fashioned nature of the court system, it needs to be more balanced and factual, less persuasive.”Read full review »
