The Big 5: Conscientiousness
Listen now
Description
In this episode we're diving deep into personality trait conscientiousness. This is the personality trait related to responsibility, organisation and discipline. This personality trait is correlated with overall life success in all domains of life (including work, relationships and health) however as with all personality traits, in the extreme it can also hinder us rather than help us.  In this episode I go through what it means and looks like to be highly conscientiousness, how to identify where we can find ourselves on a scale, the strengths and weaknesses of this trait and how we can implement change when it comes to this specific trait.  Referenced in this episode: The first episode in this mini series on the Big 5The 2nd episode in this series on Extraversion The 3rd episode in this series on NeuroticismThe 4th episode in the series on AgreeablenessThis podcast episode on Delayed GratificationThe Big 5 Quiz (Free) The Big 5 Quiz (Paid) >> Are you looking to move beyond the patterns currently holding you back, moving beyond emotions that are blocking you and create a new reality?
