This week we’re discussing adapting our habits to the different seasons of our life. This is something many of us do naturally, however most of the time our habits shift based on solely one factor; our perceived amount of extra available time.  What I’m suggesting in this episode, is instead to think about it intentionally from a stand-point of the goals that we have the emotions we would need to best handle this particular season.  In this episode I give myself and my current season as an example as well as how to use these same principles in other situations. >> Are you looking to move beyond the patterns currently holding you back, moving beyond emotions that are blocking you and create a new reality?
