Entertaining and informative
I’ve just listened to the mini Episode #54 Maintenance vs anti-aging and I love this shorter format. But please keep doing the longer podcasts as well! I do have a question from this episode about the tip for lifting weight every day. Can this be done without joining a gym? Ideally I’d like to do this through more functional exercise. Is it simply about carrying shopping bags or pushing a wheelbarrow of firewood?
