If you’re a mom, you understand down to your bones that you want the best for your kids. You don’t want them to face the same struggles you did.  I had that realization when my daughter was still a baby. I was having the worst time with my weight and body image. It was a daily grind. And I did NOT want that for her.  Sure, I could have faked it. I could have told myself I wouldn’t let my problems affect her. But she was watching me even as a baby, and as she grew, I knew she would figure it out. She would see me try on 18 outfits and be miserable. She would see me swat my husband away when he grabbed my waist in the kitchen. She would see my disgusted expression when I looked in the mirror. And she would think all these things were normal and how SHE should feel about HERSELF. I couldn’t let that happen. So I went on a mission to solve this. I became a certified coach, leaned on my past mindfulness training as a yoga teacher, and I believe I’ve cracked the code. I’ve lost weight for the last time and helped hundreds of women do the same in Yummy Mummy.
