Disappointing...
Could not make it through even one podcast. Basically just telling what their personal 21st-century reactions were to the episodes while relating plot points, not really getting deeper into the history and culture embedded in the episodes, nor any of the psychological and philosophical strands that are welded deeply into the series and reveal themselves upon repeat viewings. No discussion of performance, cinematography, set design, costumes, editing etc. all of which are excellent and contribute so much to what made the series great. If you want to know what the plot was, just go watch the episode again.

I believe TCI has not achieved a greater success due to cohost and producer Roberta, who although brilliant in her examinations and insights, has difficulty with vulgarity and political biases. As a fellow feminist, I am often disappointed in Roberta’s...Read full review »
