Ep 105-Amazing episode, I’m a first time listener
I am not a podcaster! BUT, for some reason I entered Rita’s podcast and this was the first podcast that jumped out to me. I’m going through Divorce, I work in healthcare, and readjusting my life. The stress level is horrible and I turn to sweets. Rita not only helps me understand why, but she gives solutions to what I can do to “check in” with myself. Rita teaches that weight loss is a change in mindset and it’s a life long project for continuous success. I now relate it to “growing my career”.
