PSA: When You Find A Lost Companion Animal…
Enjoying this podcast but want to let everyone know if you ever find a lost animal, please help them like the host (who seems lovely) did in “The Others” episode. However, the host immediately starts talking about keeping the dog, giving away the dog, etc. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: This decision is NOT up to you alone when you find an animal in need! Take the animal to any vet or shelter first to be scanned. Do NOT start adopting out the dog or wondering if you should keep them. Most counties have a mandatory 30-day hold to make sure lost dogs are allowed to be reunited with their families. I’m so happy this dog found this amazing, responsible, kind host to help, but I just need to clarify this common misconception. I also want to add that, in another episode, Emily mentions it’s bad to feed stray animals because they’ll come back. Please do not perpetuate this heartless misconception!!! Strays need your help. Feed them, care for them, and most importantly, take them to a clinic to get shots and fixed (most cities have programs for street animals, so don’t worry about cost, just explain your situation!).

Do you...Read full review »

As a horror fan, I’ve always enjoyed sharing scary experiences with my friends (e.g. horror movies, haunted houses, ghost tours). As a guy in my 30s, I always wished I had more female friends but find it hard to make new friends at this time in my life. Thusly, this podcast checks all the boxes...Read full review »
