Great Podcast, hosted by two very witty guys. When listening you feel like you’re sat in a cutesy wine bar talking with friends discussing the finer points of pop!

Have loved listening to this podcast since day one. Dan & Will go into the detail of iconic pop albums sharing pop facts as well as their own memories, and “certainly have a giggle” along the way. Hope they’ve enjoyed their break but I for one cannot wait for them to be back with me on my...Read full review »

Funny and informative, but mostly funny. Make a playlist out of every song they mention and you’ll end up with some classics, some excellent new stuff, some obscure but brilliant remixes and, inevitably I Know Him So Well by Barbara Dickson and the little fella. Great to have you back, boys!!

Track by Track is fantastic! I love learning more about great pop albums and their creators Dan & Will are fantastic hosts and their down to earth cheeky banter make it feel like your listening to your mates talk about the music they are passionate about! 10/10

As a Brit expat in the US I’m naturally a bit out of sync with what’s going on back home. This pod has introduced me to many bands I’d have otherwise probably not come across like Everything Everything. Also good to hear another set of ears on some of existing favorite bands like Duran Duran and...Read full review »

I have listened to many a podcast that is music based and I came across this on instagram and thought I’d give it a go. Found both The White Room and Blackout episodes to be lacking in any real research to have been carried out with regards to the album, songs or its tracks. And their attempts at...Read full review »

Is this the same dan bull that made the rap “the arch-illager”? It’s my favorite song and he is one of my favorite artists. How does he rap that fast!? Bro does anyone see or read these? No one has responded.

Really engaging podcast that will have you reminiscing about your favourite albums and where you were when they came out. The hosts are great - really funny but also very well informed. They mostly cover pop. I’d love to hear their thoughts on more RnB and / some of the most popular hip hop that...Read full review »

Loving the podcasts guys. Particularly the episodes on Duran Duran, one of my favourite bands. And Pet Shop Boys. Depeche, New Order and the Human were good eps too. I keep checking in to see if you've added any of my other faves—alas no :( we need, Simple Minds, U2, OMD, Ultravox, Tears For...Read full review »

I got wind of this cast from Neil tenant’s post and haven’t looked back- got stuck in so to speak- have spent many a happy quarantine hour dog walking with headphones strapped on and a smile- nothing to take for granted these days. Thanks Dan and Will and keep up the great work in 2021!!

Just wanted to say how much I love this podcast (I don’t do really long podcast episodes very often as well, which is an added bonus) and how it mostly talks about the kind of pop albums that most music critics don’t tend to talk about. One episode I listened to recently for the very first time...Read full review »

As a college age kid in the US in the early 80s I was completely immersed and obsessed with the new wave of British bands who brought a completely fresh and original sound across the pond. The synths, the beats, the melodies, the harmonies, the embrace of pop, rock and dance was liberating for me...Read full review »

This could be a great pod, but the choice of content is so very ‘samey’ - dull, soulless, dance music, coupled with host ‘favourites’ and artists that couldn’t be more over produced if they tried. Such a shame albums aren’t selected by decade, aren’t more UK-centric, aren’t better varied between...Read full review »

So I’ve been listening to 7 club for 2 weeks now and what should TBT be reviewing this week but the amazing 7 themselves. Mind readers? or perhaps I just have the same camp pop tastes as them! I’ve laughed, cried and sang my way through 2020 in the company of Dan & Will. They’ve helped me discover so many new artists and re-discover so many classic albums. Bless these guys, they’re giving it a good go. I don’t want to knock their confidence as I’m sure they’ll improve a lot, but at the moment their jokes aren’t landing and they’re perhaps trying a little too hard. I’d suggest that they go a little less scripted and just have a skeleton scribble...Read full review »
