So helpful
As someone with a late diagnosis, it’s been a bit of a shock to the system to realise why so much of what I’ve learned about “doing” does not apply to my brain. I’m so grateful for this podcast, particularly the episodes focusing on ADHD and relationships. There are some big concepts that the hosts are able to translate to practical ADHD living. Every episode I’ve listened so far has had something I’ve been able to make use of and improve my life. (I would love to rewrite the intro music for them, though!)
