The episode with Kait touched on a real problem I see all to much. To many people struggle with eating disorders and reverse dieting out of them. I believe BDD( Body Dysmorphic Disorder) has a role in being the culprit as well. Keep up the good work!

Definitely one of the top fitness podcasts I listen to for not only factual information, but also scientifically and clinically backed information a lot of the time.
