I listen to this podcast when I start my walks every morning. Dave is a great walking partner. Sometimes he talks about research related to walking, and why it is great exercise. Sometimes he talks about things going on in his life. Sometimes he answers listeners questions about this or that. I look forward daily to this 10 minute podcast. I start my daily walk when Dave does and listen while I walk for 10 minutes, until it’s over and he continues on his way and I continue my walk on my own.
