Great Podcast
I found Dave a few months ago on Apple Podcasts while randomly looking for a walking podcast. I am super impressed that he is able to do a 10 minute podcast every day and keep it interesting. Extra motivation to improve fitness by taking a daily walk. Dave isn’t a doctor or a physical fitness trainer, but he’s an interesting guy who’s passionate about walking. You’ll enjoy Dave’s musings and anecdotes as you get some steps in. Highly recommend!
