Description
Yes, you hear me say it all the time.  It's never too late to lose weight and feel great but it's true. It's NEVER too late to "fill in your own blank" and on today's episode there are several amazing women going to reiterate that to you.   Sister, you can do anything you want to do.  You can lose weight, get strong, start a business, improve your relationships, change your hair color, becoming organized, chose happiness and joy... ANYTHING YOU WANT TO DO!  Every day you have the choice to stay the same or be 1% better.   I was humbled and honored to participate in the "Becoming an Unstoppable Women in your 40's and Beyond"  Roundtable hosted by Hanna Olivas and She Rises Studios.   I was honored to sit at this table with Michelle Emmick, Christina Vela, Nicole Curtis, Leslie Gaudet and Michele Meza.   We all openly share our strengths, our struggles but most importantly the hope we love sharing with other women. Thank you Hanna for all you do to help women RISE! You can watch the full interview and roundtable by visiting the event page and you can join the She Rises Community by finding them on Facebook or their website.   Make sure to subscribe to the show so you don't miss the the upcoming episode where I'll feature the class I'm teaching on Friday.... It's NEVER too Late!      If you are ready to talk about making some changes in your physical or spiritual health, schedule a FREE appointment with me at www.coachkeatha.com.
