However, the question that most of us should be asking is “why?” The reason why you want to lose weight may seem obvious at first, but Catherine and Donald ask you to dig a little deeper. Finding your real “why”, a reason that is meaningful and personal, is one of the keys to long-term weight loss success. This week, the couple tell you how to find your real why.
