Today's (4/3/18) podcast is the core of Shari's process, spelled out in easily understood bits. What a great description of "You've got what it takes"! I'd done the diet thing before with good success, but was so discouraged when the weight crept back - and then kept on creeping. "A little discomfort" (as there has to be, just in order to learn to recognize what hunger feels like) is a small price to pay for feeling so empowered when the weight starts to drop, and so much healthier when you're not living on antacids and PPI's, and huffing and puffing to carry a laundry basket up the stairs!Read full review »
