Solid and practical
I have been an emotional eater for all of my adult life. I appreciate Shari’s simple, logical approach, especially as I consider myself a true foodie. I am convinced that dieting and restrictive eating are not the answer. The ideas in each episode are helping to calm the chatter in my brain and they provide a pathway to real change. Thanks Shari.
