A life-changing podcast (down 9 pounds in 5 weeks)
This is the last weight loss “program” you’ll ever need. I use the term “program” loosely, because it’s all just common sense — absolutely no fads or gimmicks here. If you are like me, and sick of years and years of dieting but never keeping it off, this podcast will be life changing for you. I have been on Weight Watchers, counted calories, intermittent fasting, and I also tried “just listening to my body” for the past 2 years (trying to follow Corinne Crabtree’s program, but the 24-hour plan just didn’t work for me). Shari explains everything in ways that just make so much sense and she gives you concrete advice and tips on how to listen to your body. It feels almost effortless. When you’re hungry...you eat. And there are no forbidden foods. The weight will come off when you have the tools necessary to listen to your body, and all you have to do is in the podcast. Start at episode 1 and just keep going. You will not regret it.

Shari’s straightforward logic is just what I needed to help me get motivated. Love listening to her podcasts on my way home from work which is the time of day I’m most likely to over indulge !

Shari’s philosophies about the hunger scale and the different types of hunger we have has helped me to see food and eating in a different way. Highly recommend to all!
