Finally
I’m 50 and my usually thin self has not been that way for a decade... I’ve tried countless diets and lost and regained so many times. Shari has been a godsend. I love her calming voice, her common sense approach to food, and how she can say so much in 15 minutes... just right did my commute home each day. I’m going back and starting from The beginning now without my once skeptical attitude... I love food and now want to act appreciatively towards it..: it’s not the enemy. Thanks Shari!!!!

Really helpful podcast. I have done Weight Watchers and lost weight but slowing gain it back. I think that I need a new way to approach eating. This is a very mindful approach to food. Love that she enjoys food without over eating. Great support material.
