SJ’s episode on anchoring your day on 3 simple steps - rest, fuel, and move was very refreshing. I can relate to Martha as regards losing weight. There are so many voices out there telling me what I should eat or shouldn’t eat and exercise and all. Thank you so much for being the voice reminding me to focus on the plan and purpose God has for me as it relates to my health and weight loss journey.
